Initial Cash-Out needed is only Php10,000.00 as payment for

Second and next Cash-out will be the first (1st) down payment which
will be 30-45 days after reservation date.
Third Cash-out will be the second (2nd) down payment which will be 30
days after and the next downpayment.
After paying full downpayment (12.5%), you can now move-in.
Bank loan amortization will only start on the 16th month.
