STEPS IN BUYING A HOME:
 
1.  Visit the house model and actual construction location. Contact us for assistance, we'll provide free transport service. If you're in abroad, a representative is allowed.  
2.  Choose a block & lot. Ask for computation and payment schedule.
3.  Pay the reservation fee. Accepts credit cards, checks and cash.  
4.  Pay your 1st DP (First downpayment) after 30-45 days.
5.  Submit requirements within 60 days.
6.  Pay monthly downpayment as per schedule, or fully paid it and wait for the bank/ pagibig housing loan approval. If bank loan is approved, the buyer is now allowed to inspect the unit prior turn over. For In house financing, loan approval is not required, buyer will proceed to the unit inspection prior turn over.
